To prevent fraud, we generally do not allow address changes once an order is confirmed. If a change is absolutely necessary, it must be requested via the registered business email associated with the account. Address changes cannot be processed once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.

Can I use my own shipping account?
Yes. If you prefer to bill shipping to your own FedEx/UPS account, please provide your account number at the time of purchase. In this case, insurance responsibility transfers to you once the package is picked up from our facility.
How is the shipping cost calculated?
Shipping fees are calculated based on the volumetric weight of the package, the destination, and the declared insurance value. Final shipping costs will be detailed in your invoice prior to payment.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical business or residential address with a person available to sign for the package is required.
